Element X is the application for Matrix 2.0 servers, this is one. You can download at:
How to Register
You can register for a Matrix.org account over at app.element.io, or if you want a simlish.im account over at chat.simlish.im. Chat Simlish uses MAS (Matrix Authentication Service) at auth.simlish.im, you’ll need a valid email address, as this needs to be verified before use.
You can now also use Simified SSO to create an account at Chat Simlish, Talk Simlish and Simlish Social, so you can use one account for them all.
